Demoulders

The machinery

The demoulding machine is the ideal solution for removing baked goods, whether hot or cold, from baking trays. Products can be removed using needles, suction cups or grippers, all made from non-toxic, washable materials that comply with food safety regulations. The gripping system can be easily dismantled using a format-changing carriage, allowing for very rapid format changes and ensuring maximum production flexibility. The machine utilises axes with brushless motors that enable electronic cam synchronisation with continuous-feed ovens or packaging machines. It can be designed as a two-axis Cartesian version or with a gantry structure, with the option of rotating the gripping head by 90° or 180°. Tray conveyors and unloading conveyors can be integrated to create a complete removal line. The advanced electronics allow for on-machine control or centralised control via a control panel, whilst Siemens, Omron, Allen-Bradley and Telemecanique PLCs, along with PROFINET, EtherCAT, EtherNet/IP and CANopen protocols, enable integration into any company’s technical specifications.

Areas of application

Bellini Machines demoulders are used in a wide range of production sectors, adapting easily to different types of containers and processes. Thanks to their flexibility, they ensure rapid integration into existing production lines and provide effective support for packaging and handling operations.

    The machinery

In this section, you’ll find answers to frequently asked questions to help you better understand how our machinery works and the services we offer. Quick and clear support to guide you in choosing and using our solutions.

A demoulding machine is an automated machine that removes hot or cold baked goods from baking trays, placing them onto an output conveyor belt or directly into a packaging machine. It is used in the industrial production of baked goods, cakes, biscuits and other foods that require precise removal from the baking tray without damaging the product.

The demoulding machine can use three gripping systems, selected according to the type of product: needles (for soft products that can withstand piercing), suction cups (for products with a smooth surface) and clamps (for rigid or fragile products). All components that come into contact with the product are made from non-toxic, washable materials that comply with food safety regulations.

The gripping system can be easily removed using a format-carrying trolley, allowing for very quick format changes without the need for tools. This is essential for companies that produce multiple product variants on the same baking trays.

Yes. The machine uses axes with brushless motors that enable electronic cam synchronisation with continuous-feed ovens or packaging machines, ensuring perfect synchronisation between the demoulding machine and the upstream machines without the need for intermediate buffers.

The demoulding machine can be designed as a two-axis Cartesian version or with a gantry structure. It is available with the option of rotating the gripper head by 90° or 180°, adapting to any plant layout and required discharge direction.

Yes. It is possible to integrate the tray conveyor and the unloading belt directly into the machine, creating a complete extraction line that independently manages the entire flow from the tray leaving the oven to the product ready for packaging.

Yes. The demoulding machine is designed to operate equally well with hot products, directly after they come out of the oven, and with cold products, once they have cooled down. The materials and components are selected to withstand the operating temperatures typical of industrial baking processes.

Advanced electronics enable control via the machine’s on-board control panel or a centralised control panel. Compatible PLCs include Siemens, Omron, Allen-Bradley and Schneider Electric; supported protocols include PROFINET, EtherCAT, EtherNet/IP and CANopen.

The demoulding machine is mainly used in the bakery, food and packaging sectors. It is the ideal solution for industrial bakeries, commercial patisseries, the biscuit industry and any process involving baking in trays followed by automated removal.
