De-stackers

The machinery

The destacking machine is the ideal solution for separating stacked containers of any shape and size individually. Compact and low-maintenance, it integrates easily into any production line.
The stack magazine and gripper arm can be removed via the format carrier trolley, ensuring very rapid format changes and maximum operational flexibility. The structure is designed to facilitate the loading of stacks by the operator.
The components are made from materials suitable for sanitisation and feature reliable brands for pneumatics and motors. On request, particularly in the dairy and meat sectors, the destacker can be constructed entirely from stainless steel.
Advanced electronics allow for on-machine control or centralised control via a control panel, whilst Siemens, Omron, Allen-Bradley and Telemecanique PLCs, along with PROFINET, EtherCAT, EtherNet/IP and CANopen protocols, enable integration into any company’s technical specifications.

Areas of application

Bellini Machines destacking machines are used in a wide range of production sectors, adapting easily to different types of containers and processes. The machinery

In this section, you’ll find answers to frequently asked questions to help you better understand how our machinery works and the services we offer. Quick and clear support to guide you in choosing and using our solutions.

A destacker is an automatic machine that picks up stacked containers – trays, boxes and blister packs – one at a time and feeds them in a controlled sequence onto the production line. It eliminates the need for manual feeding, reduces cycle times and ensures operational continuity even at high speeds.

Bellini Machines’ destacking machines are designed to handle containers of any shape and size: rectangular, round and square trays, deep trays and blister packs. The format-change system, which uses a format-carrying trolley, allows you to switch from one container type to another in just a few minutes.

The standard model is the basic version for general-purpose applications. The vertical model optimises the width of the footprint, making it ideal for narrow production lines. The pneumatic model uses pneumatic actuators for applications where lubricant contamination must be avoided. The ‘straddle’ model is designed to straddle the production line directly, allowing containers to be fed in from above without altering the existing layout.

Thanks to the quick-change system using a format-carrying trolley, switching from one type of tray to another takes just a few minutes, with no tools required. This drastically reduces machine downtime and increases the line’s OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness).

Yes. On request, particularly for the dairy and meat sectors, Bellini Machines destacking machines can be manufactured entirely from stainless steel, ensuring full compliance with the most stringent hygiene regulations and simplifying sanitisation procedures using high-pressure water jets.

The destackers are compatible with Siemens, Omron, Allen-Bradley and Schneider Electric PLCs. The supported protocols include PROFINET, EtherCAT, EtherNet/IP and CANopen, enabling integration into any company’s specifications without the need for additional gateways.

No. The machine is designed to be low-maintenance as a key design requirement. The pneumatic components and motors are sourced from leading suppliers, and the open design facilitates access for regular inspections. The parts that come into contact with the containers are made from materials suitable for sanitisation.
