Flour Millers
The machinery
The use of flour dispensers in the food industry is an effective solution when flour, sugar, or other granular or powdery products need to be dispensed in a fine spray. The machine is compact, requires little maintenance, and can be easily installed on any production line. The large hopper ensures excellent operating autonomy, and the moving inner walls prevent material from compacting. The lid with a viewing window allows for quick inspections at any time. The dense arrangement of the baffles allows for precise selection of the dusting zones, making the equipment extremely versatile. The width of the pulverizer is customized to fit the target conveyor belt. Upon request, the feed hopper can be enlarged, connected to a feeding system, or the machine can be equipped with a motorized sieve.
Areas of application
Bellini Machines flour sifting machines are used in a wide range of production sectors, adapting easily to different types of containers and processes. Thanks to their flexibility, they ensure rapid integration into existing production lines and provide effective support for packaging and handling operations.

The machinery
In this section, you’ll find answers to frequently asked questions to help you better understand how our machinery works and the services we offer. Quick and clear support to guide you in choosing and using our solutions.
What is an industrial flour sifter, and what is it used for?
An industrial flour spreader is a machine that sprinkles flour, sugar, or other granular and powdery products onto baking sheets, conveyor belts, or products being processed. It is used in industrial baking and pastry production to pre-flour baking sheets, dust finished products, or protect surfaces during processing.
What foods and powdered products can be dispensed using a flour dispenser?
The Bellini Machines sifter is suitable for flour, semolina, powdered sugar, cocoa powder, starch, ground spices, and other granular or powdery ingredients with a compatible particle size. For products with specific characteristics (hygroscopicity, density), a preliminary technical evaluation is recommended.
How can you prevent material from compacting in the hopper?
The flour mill’s hopper is equipped with continuously moving inner walls that prevent compaction and the formation of clumps, ensuring a constant and uniform flow of material even during prolonged operation. The lid with a viewing window allows for quick inspections without stopping production.
Is it possible to precisely select the areas to be dusted?
Yes. The dense arrangement of the internal partitions allows for precise selection of the dusting zones, excluding specific areas of the conveyor belt or baking sheet. This makes the dusting machine extremely versatile for applications that require selective application of the powdered product.
Is the width of the flour sifter standard or customizable?
The width of the sifter is custom-made to match the width of the receiving conveyor belt. There are no standard sizes: each machine is sized to integrate seamlessly into the customer’s production line.
Is it possible to connect the flour sifter to an automatic flour feeding system?
Yes. On request, the feed hopper can be enlarged, connected to a pneumatic or mechanical feeding system, or the machine can be fitted with a motorised sieve to ensure the particle size distribution of the material being dispensed.
Can I use more than one flour sifter on the same production line?
Yes. It is possible to install multiple flour-sifting machines in series on the same line to process different products in sequence or to increase coverage on very wide conveyor belts. The compact design facilitates multiple installations without requiring significant changes to the plant layout.
Could the components that come into contact with the product cause contamination?
No. The materials used for parts that come into contact with food are selected to be non-toxic and to comply with current food safety regulations. The machine is designed for quick and easy cleaning, with critical components that can be easily dismantled for sanitisation.
In which manufacturing sectors is the flour sifter used?
The Bellini Machines flour-dusting machine is used in the bakery, food and pet food sectors. It is the standard solution for industrial bakeries, commercial patisseries, the biscuit industry and animal feed production, where controlled dusting is required during the production process.
